Curative Hands 2024
Life is so busy, we often find ourselves
living on auto-pilot, day after day. We are
living our lives but we are not experiencing
the life we were meant to experience.
Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of
focusing on the present moment without
judgment. It cultivates love and compassion
for others as we slow down and become
aware of our thoughts and feelings.
It
helps
calm
and
balance
our
body
and
mind.
People
from
various
cultures
have
been
meditating
for
thousands of years, reaping the numerous benefits it provides, including:
•
Reduces stress and anxiety
•
Improves mood and helps regulate emotions
•
Enhance self-awareness
•
Increases concentration
•
Lowers Blood pressure
•
Reduces heart rate
•
Improves sleep quality
•
Reduces pain perception
