Mindfulness Meditation Courses
Life

we

be
going

the
motions,
we
aren't
truly
experiencing
the
life
we
were
meant
to
live.
Mindfulness
meditation
is
the
practice
of
focusing
on
the
present
moment
without
judgment.
It
cultivates
love
and
compassion
for
ourselves
and
others
as
we
slow
down
and
become
more
aware
of
our
thoughts
and
feelings.
This
practice
helps
to
calm
and
balance
both
our
body
and
mind.
People
from
various
cultures
have
been
meditating
for
thousands
of
years,
enjoying
the
numerous
benefits
it
provides.
I
offer
two
great
courses
that
teach
you
how
to
be
mindful,
develop
compassion
for
yourself
and
others,
and
learn
five
basic
meditation
positions
including
sitting,
standing,
walking,
eating,
and
lying
down.
These
courses
are private and conducted in person.
A two-day, 4 Hour course, and a more in-depth 6-week, 12 hour course are available.

Personal Training
Our
bodies
need
to
be
balanced
both
inside
and
out
to
maintain
good
health—this
includes
the
body,
mind,
and
spirit.
Achieving
this
balance
involves
proper
thinking,
eating,
and
exercising.
My
training
program
focuses
on
building
strength
while
increasing
mobility,
endurance,
and
agility.
It
also
supports
weight
loss,
enhances
your
appearance,
and
boosts
your
overall
well-being.
I
work
with
everyday
people
who
have
regular
jobs
and
families
and
are
seeking
better
health
through
fitness
and
wellness.
My
approach
is
not
aimed
at
bodybuilders,
professional
athletes,
or
those
primarily
interested
in
how
they
look
in
mirrors
or
on
their
phones
(in
fact,
my
gym
has
no
mirrors
and
a
no-
phone policy, except for personal music).
I
own
a
small,
well-equipped
private
gym
where
I
provide
personalized,
one-on-one
training
sessions.
You’ll
have
the
gym
to
yourself
during
your
training.
Discounts
are
available
for
frequent
training
sessions
and
for
those
who
pay
in
advance.
Your
first
workout
is
free,
and
there
are
no
contracts.

Everything

flows
through
our
bodies
and
carries
with
it
a
natural
healing
ability.
When
energy
cannot
flow
freely,
our
bodies
struggle
to
heal
themselves.
Factors
such
as
injury,
emotions,
trauma, and stress can block this flow of energy, diminishing its ability to promote healing.
The
goal
of
energy
healing
is
to
help
balance
and
restore
the
flow
of
energy
in
the
body.
Intuitive
energy
work
is
similar
to
Reiki
but
has
its
differences.
My
approach
is
hands-on,
combining
energy
healing
with
gentle
massage,
particularly
focused
on
the
scalp,
temples,
and
occipital
region
of
the
skull.
This
technique
helps
relax
the
body
and
relieve
tension
and
headaches.
Additionally,
massage
loosens
muscles,
allowing
Qi
(energy)
to
flow
more
freely,
which
results
in
more
significant
healing
outcomes.
I
am
very
intuitive,
and
my
skills
come
naturally.

Early Morning Meditations with Qigong (7am-730am)
There is no better way to start your day than by gently exercising your body, getting your blood and
energy (Qi) flowing, and clearing your thoughts in preparation for the day ahead.
Starting Tuesday, May 19th, at 7 am, I will be offering in-person meditation and Qigong practice at
my studio in Arlington Heights. This practice is designed for those who wish to begin their day with
a beautiful awakening of the body, mind, and spirit. The sessions will last 30 minutes, from 7 am to
7:30 am, and will include a 10-minute Qigong practice followed by a 15-minute guided meditation.
Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat, and there is no cost for these sessions. Please
note that space is limited to only 8 people. If you would like to attend, you must email or text me, as
spots are limited.
